Savas

Savvas Bilanakis is the founder of Savvas’ chefs team. Growing up in Ierapetra, Crete, Savvas’ rural upbringing provided a natural appreciation of nature’s abundant products from an early age. His interest in cooking started to develop at the age of seventeen, and has since become his greatest life passion. His combined love for nature and cooking motivated him to travel and experience different cultures, enhancing and broadening his culinary horizons.

Apart from being a chef, Savvas is also a yoga and meditation instructor. This combination of skills has helped develop his belief and understanding that eating simple, fresh and organic is one of the main ingredients on the path to wellness. For this reason, one of his main concerns with the food he prepares is to select products of exceptional quality, pure, fresh and hand-picked. His dedication to the use of first-class ingredients, as well as his specialization in vegan, Ayurvedic and gluten-free cooking distinguishes him as a stand-out chef. As a result, Savvas has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star hotels. Nevertheless, in recent years he has chosen to operate his company with his own hand-selected team, providing private chef services with great success throughout Greece.

Michalis is a renowned artist who entered the field of Private Service as an assistant a few years ago. He quickly realized that cooking is the best manifestation of his expression. Which has allowed him to excel and gain recognition. Currently, Michalis successfully works as a personal chef on the island of Mykonos.
